Using Trim Lab Studio

You may use Trim Lab Studio only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your account, your projects, and having permission to record, edit, upload, or publish the media you use.

Accounts and plans

Keep your login details secure and provide accurate account information. Paid features remain available while the applicable subscription is active or when lifetime access has been validly purchased. Plan features and reasonable usage limits may evolve as the product improves, without removing access already required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to harm, threaten, harass, exploit, or impersonate another person.
• Do not upload or distribute unlawful content or content that violates privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Do not bypass plan checks, security controls, update verification, or access restrictions.
• Do not introduce malware, abuse infrastructure, scrape private data, or disrupt other users.

Your content

You keep ownership of your original content. You grant only the limited permissions needed to process information you intentionally submit to an online feature. You are responsible for saving backups of important local projects.

Software and updates

Trim Lab Studio is licensed, not sold. Updates may add, change, repair, or remove features for security, compatibility, and product improvement. You may not redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially resell the software except where applicable law permits it.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trim Lab Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every automated edit will match your creative intent. Always review edits and exported media. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim, except where such a limitation is prohibited.

Termination and contact
