Information we process

• Account details such as your email address, username, account ID, and plan status.
• Payment and subscription status supplied by Stripe. Trim Lab Studio does not receive or store your full card number.
• Technical information needed to provide updates, verify access, prevent abuse, and diagnose a problem you choose to report.
• Community content you intentionally submit when an online community feature is enabled.

Local media

Recordings, imported media, editing timelines, captions, local speech models, and project files are processed on your device for the app’s core workflow unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise before an upload.

How information is used

• Create and secure accounts.
• Activate the plan purchased through Stripe.
• Deliver app updates and provide support.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, unsafe community content, and unauthorized access.
• Improve reliability using reports you voluntarily provide.

Service providers

Trim Lab Studio may use Stripe for payments, Supabase for account and entitlement services, GitHub for installers and updates, Cloudflare for the website and domain, and other infrastructure providers disclosed inside the relevant feature.

Retention and choices

Local projects remain under your control. Online records are retained only as reasonably needed to operate accounts, payments, security, support, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support. Some transaction records may need to be retained for tax, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.

Children and changes

Trim Lab Studio is not directed to children under 13. Users who are not old enough to agree to these terms in their location need a parent or guardian’s permission. Material policy changes will be posted here with an updated date.
